Seaside Daisy (Erigeron glaucus)

$5.75

Seaside Daisy is a lovely, long blooming maritime ground cover. It is commonly found growing along the west coastline on coastal bluffs and sea shores from California through Oregon. This long blooming perennial flowers from May though September and can be coaxed into flowering longer with deadheading and periodic supplemental water. Along the coast Seaside Daisy is very drought tolerant, only requiring what the rain provides. Inland, however, it appreciates occasional irrigation (1-2 times per month) once established.

Seaside Daisy flowers hardest in full sun, but can tolerate part shade. It tends to stay short, only around a foot in height, but when happy it can reach 3 feet in width making it a great ground cover! It's very attractive to bees and butterflies.

Each packet contains 1/8 teaspoon of seeds (roughly 100 seeds) and germination instructions are included.
